Channel Mechanics + Allbound Year in Review: 2024 Wrapped

In March 2024, we announced that Channel Mechanics and Allbound would be merging with a clear mission to be the definitive leader in PRM. Together, we provide the most comprehensive PRM in the market.

This year has been transformative, as we combined our teams and capabilities. By integrating the Channelscaler’ suite of partner program automation tools with Allbound’s core PRM platform, the unified company now offers an unmatched, end-to-end solution.

Together we are stronger, ensuring that our joint customers can seamlessly scale their partner programs with cutting-edge automation tools while maintaining an exceptional partner experience.

Let us take a moment to reflect on the milestones that defined our journey this year.

For Channelscaler, 2024 has been a record-breaking year, with more vendors and partners doing more deals, sharing more information, and collaborating more effectively than ever before.

Working together, our new, integrated product team has been taking the best of Channelscaler + Allbound to deliver enhancements and upgrades for an even better PRM and Partner Program Automation experience.

This year, we have launched a myriad of new features and enhancements to help our customers better support their partners. These include but are not limited to, enhanced functionality to automate joint business planning, portal-based training & enablement, performance insights and dashboards, partner journey automation, and partner renewals and activations.

Meeting our customers and making new connections is always a highlight for our team. We truly enjoy the opportunity to share insights, gather feedback, and engage with real-world channel heroes!

Our year started strongly as we launched our exclusive London-based Channel Leaders Breakfast Club at the prestigious Royal Automobile Club. This monthly breakfast provides a unique opportunity to connect with fellow channel leaders to share experiences and gain valuable insights on key topics.

We were thrilled to host our very own Global Channel Leaders Forum once again at the beautiful Testarossa Winery in Los Gatos. Here, we presented a keynote on the “State of Partnerships: Pathways for Success in 2024”. This was followed by a panel discussion with C-Suite leaders from global tech vendors that addressed key elements for enabling partners to accelerate revenue and maximize performance.

We also returned as sponsors for the Channel Meet Up 2024, bringing global channel leaders together in London, Boston, and California to discuss key challenges, trends, and best practices surrounding this year’s theme “Driving Partner Sourced Demand”. Our roundtable discussion on “How Best to Manage, Measure, and Incentivize Partners” was a highlight of the discussions for us.

Lastly, we were thrilled to return as gold sponsors for Baptie & Company’s series of Channel Focus 2024 events, both virtual and physical. Channel Focus has been at the forefront of shaping channel trends, providing the vendor community with a space for collaboration, trend analysis, and the development of innovative programs and strategies.

It was a truly insightful year of events. It is always a pleasure to listen to real-time experiences from fellow peers and customers, while also gaining many key takeaways from panels of industry experts!

This year, our team in Ireland proudly demonstrated its commitment to giving back to our community and fostering positive change, by raising €50,873 for SCCUL Sanctuary through our 2024 “Peaks to Plunge” Charity Challenge. SCCUL Sanctuary, based in Galway, provides therapeutic retreat days for individuals facing serious health conditions or life challenges such as cancer, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and MS. Surpassing an ambitious target of €50,000, the funds will support SCCUL Sanctuary’s 2025 expansion plans, including the construction of a new sanctuary room to meet the growing demand for their services.

Each employee played a pivotal role in the success of this initiative. We engaged in activities such as bake sales, raffles, the Streets of Galway 8km run, hands-on volunteering, and, of course, the “Peaks to Plunge” Challenge—a 15km Burren hike followed by a cold Atlantic swim! The team recently welcomed SCCUL representatives to their Galway HQ to present the cheque and celebrate this shared achievement together.

The team at Channelscaler + Allbound has unrivaled industry knowledge and experience in partner programs and channel strategy. As part of our commitment to ensure ease of doing business for everyone in the channel, we hosted 8 webinars in 2024 including panels of industry leaders and specialists sharing best practices and encouraging open and honest discussions about their challenges and achievements.

Now available on-demand, these webinar topics included:
