EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2024: International Category Finalists featuring Kenneth Fox, CEO Channel Mechanics + Allbound
The Journey of Channel Mechanics
Kenneth’s inspiration for founding Channel Mechanics emerged through his extensive experience working with multinational corporations. Here, he witnessed firsthand the inefficiencies of each company developing its own channel automation solution to go-to-market. Cloud technology provided the catalyst for him to pursue his goal of building a flexible platform capable of optimizing workflows for companies worldwide.
Today, the platform offers a modular suite of functionalities specifically designed for various partner programmes. This includes solutions such as partner performance management, partner training and enablement, partner incentives and rewards, and sales promotions. The platform allows our customers to create a frictionless channel by placing ease of doing business at the heart of their go-to-market model, ensuring they retain competitive advantage as well as partner mindshare.
Strategic Milestones and Future Plans
Under Kenneth’s leadership, Channel Mechanics has achieved remarkable milestones. This includes winning the 2023 ITAG Excellence Award for Digital Project and Innovation, in recognition of our collaboration with Cisco’s Talent Bridge Matching Engine. His visionary leadership has positioned Channel Mechanics as an industry leader in Channel Programme Automation. Furthermore, in March 2024, Channel Mechanics secured $70 million in a Series A funding round. This investment is truly a testament to the company’s growth potential and strategic vision. This funding will further accelerate our expansion and support our ambitious growth plans over the next three to four years. In addition, Channel Mechanics has joined forces with Allbound, a leading vendor in PRM solutions, to push boundaries with our mission to become the most comprehensive Partner Relationship Management solution provider in the market.
Speaking of his recognition as a finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2024, Kenneth noted:
“Being recognized as a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year is both an honour and a validation of the work that has been put into transforming the channel automation landscape. This journey is far from over, and I am excited about the future innovations and opportunities that lie ahead. I am deeply grateful to the EY organization, our partners, customers, and especially the team at Channelscaler for their unwavering support and collaboration. I would also like to extend my best wishes to the other finalists, who are all remarkable leaders in their fields. It is an honour to be shortlisted alongside you all.”
As we look forward to the Gala Awards this November, Channel Mechanics + Allbound extend our deepest gratitude to the EY organisation for recognising Kenneth’s contributions. We would also like to thank our partners, customers, and employees, whose support and collaboration have been instrumental in reaching this milestone. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to advance on this exciting journey!
