Channelscaler is proud to share that our Founder and CTO, Kenneth Fox, has been named to Channel Insider’s 2026 Top 50 AI Leaders in the Channel. He is the only executive representing a PRM solutions provider on the list. The recognition centers on our work building Scailyn, our agentic AI engine, and what it signals about where we believe partner ecosystems are headed.
What This Recognition Actually Signals
Most of the AI conversation in the channel has centered on MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, and GSIs finding new ways to use AI in their own operations. Kenneth’s inclusion puts a PRM platform builder in that same conversation, and he’s the only executive on the list representing a PRM solutions provider, highlighting the unique value Channelscaler brings to the industry.
Here’s what stands out from the announcement:
- PRM is now part of the AI conversation, not just adjacent to it. Kenneth was recognized specifically for pioneering agentic AI within partner relationship management, not for AI adoption generally.
- The recognition is tied to outcomes partner teams feel directly. The honor cites Kenneth’s work helping organizations automate partner operations, improve partner experiences, and accelerate channel revenue through intelligent automation. With Scailyn, the goal was to embed AI into the operational heartbeat of partner programs, from deal registration and lead routing to MDF and incentives, with the aim of making partner engagement faster, simpler, and more profitable. Not adding AI for its own sake.
- It follows a related industry signal. Channelscaler was recently named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Software 2025 Vendor Assessment. The report points to channel expertise, support for complex multi-tier models, and AI investment as differentiators.
The pattern is clear. Agentic AI in partner ecosystems is moving from “nice to have” to expected infrastructure, and it’s encouraging to see that shift reflected in how the industry recognizes leadership.
“The easiest channel to work with will win,” said Kenneth Fox, Channelscaler’s Founder and CTO.
Partner teams aren’t choosing platforms based on which one has the longest feature list. They’re choosing the one that removes friction, and agentic AI is becoming the fastest way to do that at scale.
What This Means for the Partner Ecosystem Space
Every partner program eventually hits the same wall: more partners, more tiers, more deals, and no more hours in the day to manage it manually. That’s not a failure of the team running the program. It’s what growth looks like. The tools built for a smaller, simpler program don’t automatically scale with it.
This recognition points to where the market is headed: moving PRM from a passive system of record into a strategic growth engine that offers predictive signals as deals evolve, so vendors can respond promptly to market demands, prioritize effective partnerships, and foster loyalty.
That’s the work Scailyn is built for. For partner teams, it shows up in the everyday work: MDF audits that catch duplicate invoices and fraud risk without adding headcount, deal registration that flags conflicts and duplicates before they slow approvals, leads that route to the right partner faster and more accurately, and content and incentives that surface exactly when a partner needs them.
That’s the direction Channelscaler has been building toward with Scailyn, our agentic AI engine, from day one.
