Channel Mechanics Secures Prestigious ITAG Excellence Award 2023

Exciting news from Channel Mechanics (now Channelscaler)! We are thrilled to announce our triumphant win at the ITAG Excellence Awards 2023. These awards, designed to spotlight and honor remarkable innovations and technological strides within the West of Ireland, have recognized Channelscaler for its outstanding achievements. Moreover, we are delighted to emerge as SME winners for The Digital Project and Innovation Award, in recognition of our collaboration with Cisco.
In light of receiving three nominations, the Channel Mechanics team suited up to attend the ceremony at The Hardiman Hotel. And it comes with no surprise, that it was certainly a night to remember! Anticipation filled the room as 200 industry leaders and innovators joined together to celebrate the various technological advancements being highlighted on the night.
The Digital Project and Innovation Award:
This category specifically recognizes organizations that have demonstrated excellence in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of innovative projects or technological advancements. In particular, focusing on initiatives that have the potential to create a lasting impact and transform future business operations.

Channel Mechanics secured the top spot in the Digital Project category by showcasing our collaboration with Cisco. Our groundbreaking initiative, the “Talent Bridge Matching Engine,” aims to support Cisco’s channel ecosystem in finding talent. It achieves this by automating the connection between Networking Academy students and the Cisco network of partners worldwide. This, in turn, creates global employment opportunities by helping skilled candidates, with a passion for technology, find jobs.
Powered by Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Power BI Reporting, the Talent Bridge Matching Engine exemplifies Channel Mechanics commitment to pushing the boundaries of technological possibilities and contributing to cutting-edge advancements in the digital landscape.

Channel Mechanics Shortlisted in Two Additional Categories:
In addition to Channel Mechanics victorious win on the night, both James Barrett and Dorothy Lee were shortlisted as finalists in two categories respectively. Within the New Talent Award category, James stood out as a finalist among strong competition. His nomination is in acknowledgement of his ability to embrace new technologies, allowing him to remain at the forefront of the ever-evolving software development landscape.
Furthermore, Dorothy earned a spot on the list of finalists for the Digital Women Award. This nomination showcases her dedication to executing multimillion-dollar projects for our global customers, as a Squad Lead for a team of more than 10 professionals. Two recognitions we are indeed immensely proud of, with both James and Dorothy making invaluable impacts within Channelscaler.
